As early as 1776, Peter Stobbe began to mature the Stobbe Machandel in barrels. This tradition was also followed by the Stobbe 1776 BARREL FILLING for the 240th anniversary.
Stored in a bourbon barrel for 12 months, the sharp tips of the coriander are rounded off. The "vanilla note" of the bourbon barrel gives the gin with 43% ABV its special character.
On the clear bottle, the red cross symbolically describes the cask gin with 43% ABV.
