Acacia honey is the second honey of the year in our region. Acacia honey is a lover's honey, fine and sweet in taste and not very overpowering when sweetened. The color of acacia honey is very light, sometimes greenish-yellow. This honey has a high fructose content, but is not overly sweet and can be used to sweeten desserts, lukewarm drinks such as tea or fresh fruit. Acacia honey can retain its liquid consistency for a very long time and only then slowly crystallizes. The reason for the unique characteristics of acacia honey is essentially its high proportion of fructose in relation to glucose.

Acacia honey is very healthy. Anyone who has a cold or is suffering from a cough should always use it as an organic remedy.
