Due to the high glucose content in rapeseed honey, rapeseed honey crystallizes very hard without further treatment. This is a natural process, whereby the honey changes its color from transparent white to light white. Rapeseed honey is the most preferred by our customers. We recommend the honey for sweetening lukewarm drinks such as tea, coffee or lemonade. We also recommend the rapeseed honey for direct consumption. Our rapeseed honey contains a particularly high amount of glucose. It is therefore ideal for boosting the body with an energy boost in the morning. Our honey is 100% natural and will crystallize faster or slower depending on the range. If the honey has crystallized at the time of sale, please leave the jar in warm water until it becomes liquid.
