Mama Cocha – Lazy Jack – Jellyfish

A coffee triangle to discover and be surprised by. Mild coffees such as "Mama Cocha" and "Lazy Jack" spend a little less time in the traditional drum roaster than an espresso. We're talking about 11 to 12 minutes. Long enough to create a balanced, mild coffee, but too short to develop truly strong notes. Therefore, other preparation methods are recommended for these coffees (you can find them on the leaflet!).

The “Jellyfish” moves in an in-between realm. Balanced, mild, but still with a certain strength. Just try it. It could be the start of a new friendship.
