HOT

Pour one liter of hot spring water over 10 grams of your 2A infusion. Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

Our infusion is just as delicious brewed a second time.

COLD

add to one liter of cold water 15g. of 2A infusion and store in a sealed jar in the refrigerador for 14 hours. Drain. We love to play with the addition of citrus or a bit of honey. Give it a try!

Shake and serve in Martini Glass and savor the island…….
