Some people think Céline Citron never smiles. Well, let’s just say that she’s not easily satisfied. As long as things aren’t quite perfect, and as long as her cookies don’t have exactly the taste she wants them to have, she is way too concentrated to smile. But late at night, when everyone’s fast asleep, and she’s still adding the finishing touches to her cookies, she takes a little bite. And then her eyes begin to twinkle, and the entire room lights up with the most beautiful of smiles.
