Powerful and balanced wine with notes of ripe fruit and lightly toasted tannins (barrel aging). It will be appreciated with red meats and cheeses. Blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Our blend contains 50%, supplemented by Merlot which brings softness and velvety.

This wine benefited from a one-year stay in oak barrels. This traditional vinification respects and highlights the aromas and personality of this very special terroir: LE GRAVES DE VAYRES.

Draped in a beautiful garnet red color, its bouquet full of finesse combines ripe fruit with the toasted notes of the barrel. The palate, balanced, is powerful, supple and fleshy at the same time.

Its silky tannins give it a good aging structure, but it can be enjoyed now.

For optimal keeping or to appreciate it with others, Château Haut-Gayat exists in Magnum.
