The town of Roscoff is famous in particular thanks to an emblematic vegetable, the PDO onion, and the Finistère coast is rich in these famous mineral bombs which are algae, including royal kombu. We combined them and added a few pink berries and a pinch of cinnamon to make this gourmet and iodized confit.

Accompanies a plate of cold cuts or cheese, or spice up a sandwich or fish burger.

Roscoff onion * PDO 55%, cane sugar, royal kombu (saccharina latissima) * from Brittany 10.6%, PGI balsamic vinegar of Modena *, sunflower oil *, powdered beetroot *, pink berries 0.6% *, cinnamon *.
