On the nose, we perceive leather and cranberry. On tasting, we discover a bomb of aromatic complexity: the sweetness of very ripe and juicy black cherries, the acidity of cranberry, the spiciness of cinnamon and even notes of undergrowth and truffle.

Vinification Manual harvesting and sorting. Slow vinification of 3 weeks and blending. Aged in white wine barrels for 12 months.
Gneiss and Granite. Vineyard at altitude which ensures slow ripening of the grapes.
