The CUVEE QUINTESSENCE is revealed first in the vineyard: ploughing, leaf stripping, manual harvesting, careful sorting, this allows the Merlot to express itself fully through the terroir of GRAVES DE VAYRES. This confidential and unique cuvée is totally vinified in new barrels, as soon as the grapes enter the vat room and for 24 months (1600 bottles only).

This 100% Merlot reserved cuvée, with its exceptional terroir, offers a nose with a blend of red fruits and sweet spices. Accompanied by intense woodiness thanks to its vinification in new barriques. Pairing with dishes rich in taste.
