Grape variety:  100% Sauvignon Appellation:  IGP Pays d'Oc Specificities: Fermentation in French oak barrels from Allier. Regular manual stirring from the end of fermentation.

The robe is limpid with straw reflections. The nose is expressive, complex: vanilla, quince, pineapple, and a hint of frangipane. The mouth is thirst-quenching, greedy, with a mineral finish.
