Produced in the heart of the Rhône Valley by Emmanuel, Oé winemaker in Sorgues, Côtes-du-Rhône is a fine blend of southern grape varieties: Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre. It is THE safe bet that you will associate with meat-based recipes, but also with a nice pan-fried mushroom and its creamy polenta, a mixed spring salad, grilled vegetables or a ratatouille.
