Le Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues Oé x Malika Favre

Produced in the heart of the Rhône Valley by Emmanuel, Oé winemaker in Domazan, the Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Signargues is a magnificent local wine. Signargues is the southernmost of the Communal Villages in the Rhone Valley. It is located at the southern tip of the Rhône Valley, 20 km from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Its  soil is composed of rolling pebbles and sand. A blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Picpoul, this Côtes-du-Rhône is very deep. It is THE safe bet that you will associate with recipes based on meat, grilled or in sauce, but also with a nice ratatouille or characterful cheeses.
