Grape variety:  80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc 

Appellation:  IGP Pays d'Oc 

Specificities: Long maceration of very ripe grapes. Regular and delicate racking during the winter.

The dress is dark, purple. The first nose is minty. Allowed to breathe, notes of white chocolate, candied peppers and blackberry jelly. Nice balance in the mouth between silky and sharp. The finish is enhanced by notes of garrigue.
