    Preparation advice:

    1. Sift 1-2 grams (about 1/2 teaspoon) of matcha into a bowl to remove any lumps.
    2. Add 70-100 ml of hot water (80°C).
    3. Beat with a bamboo matcha whisk (chasen) until a frothy layer is formed.
