A delicate whiff of black fruits. Deep aromas of raspberry jam and blackberries, a nice minerality and a hint of black pepper. We even distinguish tapenade, spices and garrigue. It ends with velvety tannins.

🍇 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Old Carignan 🍇

Vinification The grapes are harvested at night. Total destemming then maceration for 18
days. Carignan and Syrah are vinified in carbonic maceration. Aged for 12 months.
