Tasting: Syrah and Grenache remain the masters of the hills of the Duchy… They give a purplish, deep wine with purplish reflections. Nose and mouth explode under an aromatic complex of black currants, red fruits, light spices, subtle licorice.
Serve with leg of lamb, duck confit, pork tenderloin, lamb tagine...
