Vinification: Night mechanical harvesting at low temperature. Aging on the lees in temperature-controlled vats. Sugar is natural, we just stop the fermentation.
Tasting: this semi-sweet wine (28gr sugar/L) will seduce you with its balanced and unctuous mouth and its beautiful freshness. The nose explodes on exotic fruits with subtle notes of honey.
Serve as an aperitif on foie gras, or Provençal toasts, but also chocolate cakes or fruit tarts, and why not try it with Roquefort!
