Vinification: Fermented and aged on fine lees with subsequent batonnage in French oak barrels.
Tasting: Ripa Alta means Rive Haute. The Chardonnays come from these terroirs and are aged in Burgundian style with subsequent pumping over in 400-litre barrels for 9 months. Offering you subtle aromas on buttered toast notes, very gourmet!
