Tasting: Ripa Alta means Rive Haute. This magnificent Syrah comes from these terroirs with large rolled pebbles. Beautiful ruby colored wine with cherry reflections. Nose of ripe and finely wooded fruit. On the palate, aromas of red fruits (mashed strawberries) and flowers (violets).
Serve on a rib of beef, a cassoulet, a coq au vin and more generally on large pieces of red meat...
