Sicilian busiate pasta 500gr

Our pasta guarantees the pureness of local Sicilian raw materials and handcrafted production in enchanting, uncontaminated places. Almasicily pasta has a good old-fashioned flavour and texture. Furthermore, thanks to its natural wetness, it exalts the taste of seasoning in every dish, since it is the result of the bronze-drawing process followed by a slow drying.

How to cook: Pour the pasta into plenty of boiling salted water (about a liter for each 100gr of pasta). Cook for the time indicated on the packet, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and season to taste.
