Get the essence of Peru with this Pisco cocktail. The South American brandy Pisco is obtained from the distillation of white and rosé wine, aromatic and not. It is also the national drink of both Peru and Chile where it is drunk at any time of day or night. Our version is a variation with the addition of passion fruit.
YUZU MATCHA GIN SOUR
This drink arose from the idea of celebrating Japanese flavours by adding matcha green tea, used in the tea ceremony, and Yuzu, a typical oriental citrus with a strong, but more delicate, aroma similar to lemon and grapefruit, to a classic gin sour. Its juicy, vibrant and floral notes blend perfectly with the matcha, offering an authentic oriental experience.
